One of the most important ways of becoming a growing Church, in touch with where the spirit is calling us, is by having a clear vision for our priorities. We want to start this process with a Vision Afternoon, where we can pray, discuss and dare to imagine where the Lord might be calling us as a church. It will be an opportunity to think big!
We would be delighted if you could join us on Sunday 4th February. There will be lunch after church and the session will run from 12.30pm to 3.00pm, and will finish with Evening Prayer.
On Friday 2nd February we will be celebrating the feast of Candlemas, where Jesus is presented in the Temple, with mass at 7.30pm, followed by a bring and share supper in the church.
Candlemas, in a way, marks the end of our celebrations of Christ’s birth and moves our focus towards Lent.
The crib will be staying up until the feast.
